報告人簡介：
李百煉（B. Larry Li），2015年獲普利高津金獎(Prigogine Gold Medal, 該獎每年只表彰一位對世界生態學做出卓越貢獻的科學家，他是全球第12位獲獎人)，“生態復雜性”這一新生態學分支學科的奠基人, 美國加利福尼亞大學河濱分校生態學終身教授，國際生態與可持續發展研究中心主任，美國農業部-中國科技部農業生態與可持續發展聯合研究中心共同主任;《Ecological Complexity》(Elsevier)創刊主編，《Journal of Arid Land》(Springer Nature)雜志聯合創刊主編；美國人類生態研究院院士 (IHE Fellow)，俄羅斯科學院外籍院士，美國科學促進會會士(AAAS Fellow), 德稻生態學大師, 世界生態高峰理事會主席. 還在國內擔任了如中國科協海智專家、中國科學院名譽所長及相關政府和機構的首席生態顧問、講席或名譽教授和學術委員會主任等職。

報告人簡介：
Dr. Andrew Gray is an Assistant Professor of Watershed Hydrology at the University of California, Riverside in the Department of Environmental Sciences, USA. He completed his doctoral work in Hydrologic Sciences at the University of California, Davis where he focused on fluvial sediment dynamics in small mountainous rivers. At UCR, Dr. Gray has built a research group to investigate the roles of fluvial sediments in determining water quality and fluvial geomorphology, with particular interest in post-wildfire sediment dynamics, coastal sedimentology, sediment source investigation, and microplastic pollution.
