戴璨博士畢業于弗吉利亞大學（University of Virginia）生物學系，主要從事植物的繁殖生態學研究，目前已以第一作者和通訊作者的身份在進化生物學領域國際知名刊物《New Phytologist》，《Functional Ecology》及《Annals of Botany》上發表論文多篇。
