報告人簡介：
Dr. Scott Franklin是國際植被生態學研究領域知名專家，主要研究植被動態與干擾的關系，在河岸帶與島嶼生態學研究方面有很深的造詣。現任The American Midland Naturalist副主編，美國生態學會植被組成員，Geography Compass編委會成員。近年來在Journal of Applied Ecology, Journal of Vegetation Science, Plant Ecology, Forest Ecology and Management等刊物上發表論文33篇。
